Whether you are sporty, DIY fanatics, gardeners, drivers, carrying babies, sit at a computer, stressed executives, farmer, builder or recovering from injuries - active or indeed inactive – you would find massage relaxing and beneficial.
Not just for sporty people, but office and outdoor workers and injury rehab too...
Sports massage will help prevent those persistent over-use injuries occurring when it is included as part of your sports training regime, allowing you to concentrate on consistent training. It is also invaluable as a remedial treatment when you are injured, getting you back ‘on the road’ as quickly as possible. 

Athlete, office worker or the inactive person, my massage treatment will relieve those sore legs, your stiff aching shoulders and neck and back so that you can keep doing what you like to do! Muscles will relax, areas of acute tension be released, swelling relieved and those tight areas stretched. After a hard session whatever you have done, a deep, relaxing massage is a great way to soothe away stress and tension. At each treatment session, tailored to your needs, I dip into a ‘tool box’ of massage techniques. These may include forms of effleurage, petrissage, compression and friction, Neuromuscular technique (NMT), Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Technique (PNF), Soft Tissue Release (STR), Myofascial Release and Lymph Massage. 
What to Expect
At your first consultation you will be asked about your past history of injuries and illnesses and the goals you wish to achieve, and at every treatment, the symptoms you are currently feeling. It is typical for clients to be asked to remove their clothes down to their underwear. If you prefer please bring along baggy shorts to be worn. I have been trained in towel management so you will always feel warm and comfortable.

I will recommend specific home stretch and/or strengthening exercises appropriately.
